While India claimed a dominating victory against Pakistan in the Super Four clash at the Asia Cup 2023, the left-arm chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav recorded a fifer to destroy the opponent’s batting line-up. During that game, he also recorded the best bowling figures by a left-arm bowler in the Asia Cup history.
After India set the first innings total of 356/2 in 50 overs, thanks to four 50+ scores, including the unbeaten centuries of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, Kuldeep Yadav was unplayable for the Pakistan batter. Pakistan scored 128/8 in 32 overs, where the last two batters couldn’t come to bat due to injuries, and India won the match by 228 runs.
