Steph Curry went mad in April. Let us take a look at the records he broke in April
1. Most 3’s ever made in a single month – 96
2. First Player in NBA History to average 35 points and shoot 50% FG -40% 3 point %, -90% FT %
3. Most 30+ point games ever in April
4. Most 40-point games in a month for a player of age 33+ - 5 (Earlier held by Kobe Bryant)
It was expected that Stephen Curry would be having a breakout season where one-half of his Splash Brother Duo – Klay Thomspon was ruled out for the season citing Achilles Tendon Injury. However, a lot of people were confident enough that Curry would not be able to take the load of leading a franchise to a Playoff’s scenario, but there was one chance in this season’s Playoff race was the inclusion of Play-in tournament where the 9th and 10th seed will also have a chance to qualify for the Playoffs.
Curry also had four games where he made 10 or more than 10 3-Pointers in a game.

Surprise of the Season, The New York Knicks, and yes, they have come up from the ashes. Most controversial, most dysfunctional ownership on the record, making questionable trades, and losing out on Zion Williamson. The Knicks have seen it all, until this season. The Knicks sit comfortably on 4th seed currently and have almost qualified for the Playoffs. And one man is leading from the front – 1st Time All-Star Julius Randle.
Currently averaging 24 points for the season, Randle has been the most improved player this season. Randle has transformed from one of the league’s worst 3-point shooters where he averaged 27.7% the last season to 42.7 this season has been remarkable. The Knicks are running the entire offense through him and the trade of Derrick Rose from the Detroit Pistons has been a game-changer for the Knicks.
Julius Randle also becomes the 1st Player after Carmelo Anthony to get the Player of the Month award for the New York Knicks since January 2014.
