WrestleMania 39 Final Match Card Predictions - Night 1

Finally it is WrestleMania week and it is only just a few days before WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles CA and for the biggest show of the year and more than 70,000 fans will be present at both nights of WrestleMania making it one of the most attended WrestleMania events in a long time. There will be a total of 14 Matches on the show meaning 7 for each night as well as a few segments that are always a part of WrestleMania. WrestleMania 39 will take place on April 1st and April 2nd at Sofi Stadium

The match card for this year’s WrestleMania is the best and most diverse in the past few years but WrestleMania 38 was one of the best of all time so this year has a lot to live up to. 

So, let’s take a look at the first 7 Matches in part 1 of the Final Match Card Predictions:

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens vs The Usos for WWE Undisputed tag team championships

This will most probably be the main event for night 1 of WrestleMania 39 and this match deserves to main event WrestleMania because it has been the best built match on the entire show and this story has been told for over 9 months and the conclusion will be at WrestleMania. It is great to see the tag team titles being given so much importance because they generally do not get it and the result is very easy to predict as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will win the tag team titles and end the historic 600+ day reign of The Usos.

Austin Theory vs John Cena for the United States Championship

This will be the match that will kick off WrestleMania 39 on Saturday and there could not have been a better match to start the show with. It will have the GOAT John Cena vs the future Austin Theory and they will have an incredible match and this will be the chance for Austin Theory to show the world that he has it and the fans will be completely invested in this match as it will feature John Cena. This will be a 20 minutes classic and Austin Theory will beat John Cena and cement himself as the Now.

Seth Rollins vs Logan Paul

This is one of those matches that can be a match of the year candidate and these 2 are incredible wrestlers and Seth Rollins always has bangers at WrestleMania and this time he will have one of the best in Logan Paul as his dance partner in the ring. They can easily have a 25 minute match which will be talked about for years to come and Logan Paul can show that he is far and beyond the best celebrity wrestler in WWE history. Seth Rollins will win this match because he needs a huge win.

Trish Stratus, Lita and Becky Lynch vs Damage Ctrl

This has been easily the best booked Women’s match out of the 4 at WrestleMania 39 and the excitement from the fans is immense because this match will feature the past, the present and the future all in one ring. There will be 2 of the best ever in Trish Stratus and Lita then there will be Becky Lynch and Bayley and also Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. They should be given 20 minutes to tell a great story and at the end Damage Ctrl will win as Trish Stratus will turn on Becky Lynch to cost her team the match.

Brock Lesnar vs Omos

The Wrestling fans on Twitter are complaining about this match ever since it was made official but they do not understand that WrestleMania needs a match like this featuring 2 big men and the live fans are eating it up. The build has been fantastic and Brock Lesnar seems to care about this match and he wants to make Omos look as strong as ever. And some of the Omos haters on Twitter have turned into Omos fans. Brock Lesnar will win this match because Omos is not ready for such a big win yet.

Men’s tag team Fatal Four Way WrestleMania showcase match

This will also most likely be on night 1 of WrestleMania as the women’s showcase match will be on night 2 as WWE would want 2 women’s matches per night to balance it out. The men’s WrestleMania showcase match will allow some of the most talented WWE superstars to showcase their Talents in front of the world and this match can easily be a banger if given 15 minutes. This match will feature the teams of Braun Strowman and Ricochet vs The Street Profits vs Alpha Academy vs The Viking Raiders. Street Profits should win this match.

Charlotte Flair vs Rhea Ripley for SmackDown Women’s Championship

This is the other match that has the chance to main event WrestleMania 39 because women should main event one of the 2 nights and they were not able to main event last year either. This match will no doubt be one of the best matches in the entire show and both these wrestlers will be eager to show the world that they deserve to be in this spot. They should have a 30 minute match and the result is easy as Rhea Ripley will win the title and get her redemption.
