Top 5 Best Beth Phoenix WWE Matches

The next superstar that we will talk about is one of the most inspiring WWE superstars of all time and she was the one who broke the myth that the female wrestlers had to be lean and good looking only and she showed that if you are muscular and well built even then you can have one of the best careers of all time and so much so that all of the current female wrestlers say that their dream match is Beth Phoenix, like literally all of them say her name. There must be something incredibly special about her that everyone wants to have a match with and I have been fortunate enough to see some of her best matches.

Beth Phoenix is one of my all time favorite wrestlers and she is the definition of a Badass female wrecking house each and every night and then leaves. She is a 4 time women’s champion but her legacy is much more than those titles as she single handedly inspired a new breed of female wrestlers who were not afraid to grow their muscle and be the strongest they could be. She is an all time legend and let’s see the Top 5 Best WWE Matches of Beth Phoenix.

Beth Phoenix and Natalya vs LayCool (WWE TLC 2010)

This match is a shining light in the hall of fame career of Beth Phoenix as she had one of the best matches of her career vs LayCool in a tables match and all four women were determined to show everyone that women can be as physical as the men and the good thing is that they were given time to show their skills and have an amazing match with brutal spots and great in ring chemistry between the four. After all the abuse it was Beth Phoenix and Natalya who came out winners in this match and it was a heartwarming moment for the two best friends.

Beth Phoenix vs Melina (One Night Stand 2008)

An “I Quit Match” between two women in 2008 sounds insane but it’s what happened between these two legends as they were determined to have a match that fits the stipulation of the match and have the match they did. There was no cat fights, no pillow fights or such nonsense but it was two women beating the crap out of each other for the fans and for the rest of the women in the industry. Neither of the two was going to day those words easily so Beth Phoenix had to go to extreme lengths to get Melina to finally day those three words and in the end it was Beth Phoenix who won the match and she became a superstar and her toughness was appreciated by one and all.

Beth Phoenix vs Katie Lea (OVW)

It is not main roster WWE but it us the developmental at the time and Beth Phoenix was one of the stars of OVW at that time and that’s why she was allowed to have a ladder match against another great wrestler in Katie Lea and both of them showed that when you give the Women time and minutes to have a great match then they will deliver that to the fans and this match helped the stock of Beth Phoenix to rise even more and we saw what she did in her glorious career in WWE in the future.

Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella vs John Cena and Trish Stratus (Raw 22/12/2008)

This is a rare tag match that features on this list but it does because of a couple of reasons, first because it is a great match and all four gave everything to make it fun for everyone and secondly her being in the ring with the GOAT Trish Stratus helped her stardom even more and she was amazing in this match and even though Beth Phoenix lost the match in the long run she was the eventual winner from this night.

Beth Phoenix vs Victoria (Raw 2006)

It is sad that the thing this match is remembered for is the broken jaw of Beth Phoenix which was accidentally broken by Victoria in this match. People should talk more about how this match was one of the best in the career of Beth Phoenix as a whole and how much it helped her stock by Being in the ring with Victoria that night and she showed that she is one for the future and even though she was gone for a while and had to go to OVW for a year before coming back benefited her career in the long run. In the end I selfishly wish that we get to see those dream matches with Beth Phoenix that all of the current female Superstars like Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan etc want against her.
