The WWE fans must have been seeing a difference in the past year as to how the stars from NXT were treated on the main roster before and in the past year ever since Triple H took over as Head of WWE Creative. The NXT stars feel special and it looks like Triple H watches NXT and he presents them as they are on NXT because a lot of the fans watch NXT and it is not right to insult their intelligence.
Let’s look at the differences between Vince McMahon and Triple H in this aspect
Vince McMahon
Before July of 2022, it was Vince McMahon who was the head of WWE creative for more than 40 years and the way he treated the NXT callups was frankly insulting and very disrespectful to the wrestlers as well as the fans who had watched NXT and Followed those wrestlers. For example he changed Karrion Kross to a jobber and he was out of WWE not long after. Also The Revival were so frustrated that they left WWE because of Vince McMahon and then there were Raquel Rodriguez who he told to smile all the time which was different from her NXT character. He changed the names of the wrestlers from NXT like War Raiders became the Viking Raiders. Samoa Joe was not the same on the main roster, Sami Zayn was not utilised properly for the first few years. The Superstars from NXT were afraid to come to the main roster when Vince McMahon was incharge. He changed the name of Andrade Cien Almas to just Andrade and made him into a jobber. And the worst in recent times was he made LA Knight into Max Dupri. The examples will not end and so this NXT Superstars will be thankful that he is no longer the head anymore.

Triple H
Triple H is different because he was the NXT boss when Vince McMahon was doing all these crazy things so he knows how those NXT superstars must have felt when they were treated like this and he knows what he must not do so that they don’t feel like that under his leadership. He took control of WWE 1 year ago and all the NXT stars who came up or who returned have been treated with respect and they have been allowed to be the same. For example when Karrion Kross returned he was paired with Scarlett and his original presentation was restored. Johnny Gargano, Candice Lerae , Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell were kept together and their characters were not changed. Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky were paired with Bayley and they are the same as they were before and are best. Pretty Deadly are a great example as to how Triple H has kept the exact same characters in the main roster and it is working so well. And Max Dupri was changed back to LA Knight under Triple H and now he is one of the most over WWE superstars. And recently Grayson Waller was called up and he has become a megastar as he has been in the ring with John Cena, Edge and he is calling out The Rock. And after SummerSlam the NXT superstars who will come to the main roster have a good future in WWE.
