Seth Rollins is the first man to ever hold the NXT title in 2012 and he was the right man for the job at that point of time. He was the best wrestler at that time in NXT and he was a great first champion in the NXT brand’s history and he had amazing matches with the new crop of superstars that used to come through NXT and eventually he lost that title to Big E who was a very worthy successor to Seth Rollins and Seth stayed at NXT till 2012 and then it was time to go to the main roster.

The Shield

Seth Rollins debuted at Survivor Series 2012 with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose in the three man group known as The Shield and they immediately made a massive impact by helping CM Punk retain the WWE championship. Since that night there was no looking back for this group as they took over WWE and Seth Rollins was the architect of the group and kept it together. They won tag team gold and were champions for a long time and Seth grew in stature as well and till 2014 , there was no stopping the Shield as they even took out Evolution in a series of matches.

The Break-up and the first solo run

In middle of 2014, Triple H hatched a plan to break the shield so he lured Seth Rollins into his plan and he betrayed his brothers and broke the group and all Three Men were on their own paths from now on and Seth Rollins was the most successful one of them as he won the Money in the bank briefcase and was a great heel and had amazing matches and then came Royal Rumble 2015 which was the breakout match for Seth Rollins as he was the best performer in a match that featured Brock Lesnar and John Cena and it all culminated at WrestleMania 31 where he cashed in his briefcase and won the WWE championship and for 210 days he was an excellent champion having a variety of matches with different opponents.

The Rejuvenation of Seth Rollins

Since 2017 and going into 2018, Seth Rollins was lost in the card and was not able to perform at his highest level and there seemed no plans for him but then came the gauntlet match in 2018 which gave him new life as he gave an outstanding performance against Roman Reigns and John Cena beating both of them in great back to back matches and at WrestleMania 34 he won the intercontinental title and from there , it was no looking back as he had the best in ring phase during that time. Then later that year he turned heel and since then he has been that way.

The Visionary

The Visionary character of Seth Rollins is his best till date as he is an excellent promo, great in ring work and his suits are absolutely crazy and everyone loves to hate them and his stylist should get a raise for making the suits a part of his character. He has had amazing matches with Edge, Big E, Kevin Owens, Dominik Mysterio to name a few and his future's so bright that he will win more titles by being a first ballot hall of Famer.
