Last week on Raw it was announced that Edge vs Finn Balor will happen inside Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania 39 and it should be a banger of a match and the fans will be invested in this match. There have been many Hell in a Cell Matches in WWE and generally it has been used as the match to end a bitter feud with Edge and Finn Balor that is exactly what will happen after so many years.

The visual of Undertaker throwing Mankind from the top of the cell through the tables will be something that will never be forgotten. And it was one of the greatest Matches of all time.

2) Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker in 1997
This was the very first Hell in a Cell Match that took place in 1997 and it was introduced to keep Shawn Michaels in the cage vs The Undertaker and they had such an incredible match that the Match concept was a big hit and it was only used for special occasions after that. These 2 all time greats showed how to have a Hell in a Cell match and from there it was no looking back for Hell in a Cell.
3) Seth Rollins vs Edge in 2021
Seth Rollins will feature a couple of times in this list and the first one is this all time classic that he had against Edge and it was at Crown Jewel in 2021 and this was also the end of their bitter feud. Seth Rollins and Edge had some of the best matches that year and it could be settled only inside the cell and what a great match they had which went 30 minutes and they used everything to hurt each other and it was a brutal cell match. The fans loved watching every single minute of it and that was the resurrection for Seth Rollins.

4) Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks in 2019
There have been many incredible women’s Hell in Cell Matches but one of the very best was this all time classic between Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks which happened for the Raw Women’s Championship in 2019. Becky Lynch was on a roll and Sasha Banks was the perfect Challenger and they had a 25 minutes banger and it was the best cell match of the show by a long mile and these 2 women put each other through everything and used innovative offence to hurt each other. There have been other great cell matches like Charlotte Flair vs Sasha Banks or Bayley vs Sasha Banks or Bianca Belair vs Bayley.

5) Seth Rollins vs Cody Rhodes in 2022
There can be no list of the best Hell in a Cell Matches of all time without this match that took place last year between Seth Rollins vs Cody Rhodes. It was a match unlike any other and before the match Cody Rhodes revealed his injury which was the torn pec and it was horrible to look at and to think that he had the caliber of match that he did with one arm was staggering and he had the perfect dance partner in Seth Rollins who was the master and he took care of Cody every step of the way and it was great to watch the Match as much as the fans were worried about Cody Rhodes.
