There are truly some of the best players from all countries like from Australia and New Zealand and South Africa as well as England and there were some of the best from India as well.

1) Hayley Matthews – Mumbai Indians
She has been the best overall player in the WPL for this season and she was bought by Mumbai Indians for 40 lakh and that too in the second round of the IPL auction. She has played all the 8 Matches so far and she has scored 232 runs till now which is the 7th highest in the league ahe ste has also taken 12 wickets which takes her to the Top 5 in the bowling list as well. She is the most valuable player in the WPL as well with 216.5 points. She has also hit 28 fours and 9 sixes in the WPL. And she still has a match to go.
2) Meg Lanning – Delhi Capitals
The captain of Delhi Capitals and the orange cap holder Meg Lanning is at number 2 in this list and she has truly been one of the shining lights of the WPL. She has been an exceptional leader like always and has led her team to the final. With the bat she has hit 310 runs which is the most and still there is the final to go. She has made these runs at a strike rate of over 140. Meg Lanning has hit 45 fours and 6 sixes in the WPL. She has hit 2 half centuries in the WPL so far.
3) Sophie Ecclestone – UP Warriorz
There cannot be a list of the best WPL players and not have Sophie Ecclestone in that list. She has been one of the truly best all round cricketers in the league for the UP Warriorz. She is the leading wicket taker with 14 wickets so far and maybe 2 more matches to go to increase her tally. She is among the most valuable players list and has 172 points so far. She has also made 70 runs and a couple of them were Match winning efforts with the bat which helped her team reach the seki final of the WPL.
4) Marizanne Kapp – Delhi Capitals
One of the best fast bowlers in the WPL and one of the main reasons why Delhi Capitals are in the final of the WPL. Marizanne Kapp is number 3 in the MVP list and has a total of 201 points from 8 Matches with the final still to go. She has taken 9 wickets so far in the League and a 5 Wicket haul against Gujarat Giants which was one of best bowling spells of the WPL. She has also bowled the most maiden overs in the league with 2 and all the others have 1. She also has the record of bowling the most dot balls in the WPL with 109 as well as the most dot balls in an innings with 17 out of 24. Truly an amazing player.
5) Grace Harris – UP Warriorz
It was a very difficult choice between Grace Harris and Tahlia McGrath for the 5th slot in this list as both have done very well for the UP Warriorz but it is Grace Harris who has single handedly won multiple matches for the team so that they can reach this stage of the WPL. Grace Harris has scored 216 runs in 8 Matches and she has hit 28 fours and 9 sixes in the WPL. She has also made 2 Half centuries and both of them were in winning causes for the UP Warriorz in matches which they had no business winning. She has an amazing strike rate of 170.7 which was the 4th best in the WPL. She still has a match to go and maybe 2 .
