The IPL has been going on for 15 years and there have been a lot of players who have won the IPL trophy and some of them have won it multiple times and with different teams as well. One can say that they were the lucky charms of those teams. A player like Karn Sharma was in 3 different teams in 3 years from 2016-2018 and all the 3 teams won the IPL title in those years.
However there have been a number of truly great IPL Players who have not yet won the IPL title and most of them come from 1 team. Rohit Sharma has won the IPL 6 times , Harbhajan Singh has won It 5 times and there have been players who have won it once.

1) AB De Villiers
AB De Villiers has to be one of the greatest IPL players to never win an IPL title. He has done everything in the IPL and he has been one of the most beloved Overseas Players in the history of the IPL but he could not get his hands on the IPL trophy. He played for Delhi Daredevils from 2008-2010 and from 2011 he was a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore where he found the most success in his IPL career. He has made 5068 runs in 168 innings and he has 3 IPL Hundreds to his name.
2) Chris Gayle
Chris Gayle has to be another one on this list that has never won an IPL title. Chris Gayle is the greatest T20 batter of all time and in the IPL he has played some of the best innings of all time. He was with the Kolkata Knight Riders from 2008-2010 and then in 2011 he was brought in as a replacement player and it can be said that he is the greatest replacement of all time. Chris Gayle scored 4965 runs in 142 IPL innings and he smashed 6 IPL hundreds which is the most by anybody.

3) Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli is still playing in the IPL but in 16 seasons he has not managed to win an IPL title despite being in one team this whole time and being the best batter in the league so his name can also be added in this list as of now. He was the captain of RCB for 9 years and he came close in 2016 but it was not to be. Virat Kohli till now has made 6913 runs from 230 IPL innings and he will cross the 7000 run mark soon. Hopefully he can win an IPL title before he retires from cricket.

4) Andre Russell
Andre Russell is also one of those players who has been one of the all time greats of the IPL and who has yet to win an IPL title. He has been with KKR since 2015 and the last title KKR won was in 2014 and so he has played 108 IPL Matches and he has made 2201 runs at a strike rate of 175+ and also he has taken 96 Wickets so he has been a proper all rounder and hopefully the wait for him will end soon.
5) Virender Sehwag
The last name on this list is the all time great Virender Sehwag who has not won an IPL title in his career despite him winning every Major ICC Trophy. Virender Sehwag was with Delhi Daredevils first and then he played for the Kings X1 Punjab at that time and he played in 104 IPL Matches and he made 2728 runs at a strike rate of 155 Plus. Virender Sehwag should have won an IPL title but it was not meant to be.
