1) Kane Williamson is back in the New Zealand squad after a long layoff and he is the captain of the New Zealand team. It will be interesting to see the form he is in leading into the World Cup.
2) The batting line-up of New Zealand is a good one and filled with variety as they have Devon Conway, Mark Chapman, Daryl Mitchell in the top order.
3) They also have a couple of really good wicket keeping options in Tom Latham and Glenn Phillips who provide variety to the side.
4) The fast bowling attack is the best thing about the New Zealand team. It is a great mix of youth and experience. Trent Boult, Tim Southee and Lockie Ferguson give the experience and Matt Henry and Will Young give the youth.
5) The spinners are also full of variety as they have a right arm leg spinner in Ish Sodhi and a left arm off spinner in Mitchell Santner.
