Zimbabwe are ready to play the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 as the hosts. This ten-team tournament will run from 18 June to 9 July 2023. The main goal of this qualifier is to earn the remaining two spots for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
How to qualify for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023?
In the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023, the hosts Zimbabwe are in Group A along with West Indies, Netherlands, United States (USA) and Nepal. In the group stage, the Chevrons will face each team once.
At the end of the Group Stage, the top three teams of each of the two groups will advance to the Super Six of this competition.
Later, in the Super Six, each team will play one match only against each of the three teams from the other group. At the end of the Super Six, the top two teams will qualify for the Final of the tournament as well as qualify for the last two positions for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
In the Final of the Qualifier, the winners will celebrate with the WC Qualifier trophy.

India will host the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 between October and November 2023. A total of ten teams, including the two finalists of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023, will participate in this 13th edition of the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup competition.
Zimbabwe appeared in every ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup between 1983 and 2015. The Chevrons, who closely missed the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2019, are desperate to return to the ODI World Cup in the 2023 edition.
